Job Brief
We are working with an award-winning and fast-growing BPO company based out of Manila in the hunt for stellar CSRs to join a premium airline account. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer service and/or support through email/phone/chat.
Requirements
- Completed at least 1 year in college
- Must have 6 months to 1 year experience in airline account (local & international); knowledgeable with Airline Jargons, experienced working in Airport (any position)
- Preferably with GDS (Global Distribution System) experience like Amadeuys, Sabre, Galileo etc.,
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City
