What is your mission?
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
Who are we looking for?
- Completed 2 years in college
- With at least 6 months of solid BPO experience in a voice account
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated and energetic
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work from home and in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
- With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription
