Job Decription
This is full-time employment with responsibilities such as training management, project management, instructional materials development, client support, and other administrative tasks related to training.
External (includes the following but not limited to)
• Develop standard and PRC accredited (CPD units) training programs for teachers who will implement TFI coursewares
• Evaluate effectiveness of materials used for trainings
• Modify materials based on the results of evaluation
• Assign qualified trainers to handle trainings in partner schools
• Assess qualifications of trainer applicants by following standard hiring protocols which include interviews, teaching demonstrations, and exams
• Conduct company orientation and product trainings for qualified trainer applicants
Internal (includes the following but not limited to)
• Develop an organizational development plan to support the professional growth of the commercial team (i.e. Sales, Marketing, and Technical)
• Conduct sales, product, or technical trainings
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, in Basic/Secondary Education or equivalent courses
For HELE/TLE&MAPEH
- Graduate or with Master’s units in any discipline related to HELE/TLE education or training and at least with 2-3 years experience in training or teaching HELE/TLE & MAPEH subjects
For Filipino
- Graduate or with Master’s units in any discipline related to Filipino education or training and at least with 2-3 years experience in training or teaching Filipino subjects
For SHS
- Graduate or with Master’s units in any discipline related to Senior High School education or training and at least with 2-3 years experience in training or teaching SHS subjects
