- Monitoring and Management of System Alerts
- Ticket resolutions and Management
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
What you’ll bring in:
- Excellent communication skills – good interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations
- Willing to work on a day or night shift
