Job Description:
• Define and Plan each new business / client opportunity as a ‘Project’ and ensure appropriate stakeholders, dependencies and timescales are identified, agreed and signed-off.
• Construct compelling, high quality, winning bid documents, tailored to each opportunity.
• Analyze, guide and ensure accurate documentation of the Business Requirement for all areas and departments.
• Define, plan, document and achieve sign-off for the proposed solution for each ‘Project’.
• Manage each ‘Project’ according to an agreed plan ensuring that the relevant deadlines are achieved and that any changes are clearly communicated and appropriately managed to avoid slippage.
• Ensure Project Sponsor (Business Development Executive/Sales Executive) is kept aware of risks and issues via maintenance of formal risk and issue logs and documents.
• Collate, create, store and share information about our clients, products and service capabilities so that knowledge is built, information re-used, productivity is improved, consistency of message to clients is achieved and our brand is enhanced
• Write or revise supporting contents for proposal
• Collect and interview SME inputs and feedback to update and improve content
• Incorporate animation, graphs, illustrations, or photographs on proposals
• Maintain communication across all business areas (internal and external) and ensure acceptance of new client solutions
• Review and document project closure and any lessons learned for each project undertaken
• Understand TP products, working closely with the functional business delivery areas
• Support collation of data to enable compilation of a fully-costed, appropriately reviewed and authorized solution
• Effectively support management of resources required through the process of solution design via a matrix management structure
• Develop and maintain positive relationships across all internal departments
Required Skills:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. A degree in communications or journalism with relevant technical experience or coursework will be considered.
• Minimum Experience of 2 years in dealing with local/offshore clients required
• Experience in sales and client management within a BPO industry preferred
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Must have exceptional writing skills.
• Technical writing experience preferred
