Role Description
- The Senior Technical Business Analyst is responsible for working with clients and stakeholders to collect, research, analyze, validate and document business requirements.
- The Senior Technical Business Analyst (BA) will identify changes in processes and systems to help TI adhere to best practices, including: ITIL, AGILE, and WATERFALL processes across all IT teams and customers. They will work with IT Leadership, Engineering, IT Solutions, Sales, Technical Account Managers, and Project Managers, to support technical requirements management and change management processes.
- This role will assist with: coordinating technology details, review of contractual requirements, supporting infrastructure initiatives, identifying risks with deployments, gathering potential procurement of software or hardware, maintenance and operations support.
