Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be a registered/licensed Nurse
- With 1–3-year experience as on-site nurse in construction project; with 40 hours COSH Training.
- Provides emergency care and palliative care and treatment to employees such as first-aid treatment, dispensing of medicine.
- Determine and assess the health status of employees by checking vital signs, health interviews.
- Develops preventive healthcare programs.
- Prepares and maintains patient clinical records.
- Prepares reports on overall employee health.
- Maintains established inventory levels for medicines, supplies and equipment.
- Willing to relocate or reside within Pampanga
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace.
- Coordinate health care services for injured workers and counsel workers about non-occupational injuries, as well as facilitate effective communication between injured workers and management.
- Use extensive medical training and knowledge of occupational medicine and safety to interpret and document a worker’s medical complaints using medical histories and diagnostic tests.
- Investigate and analyze injury trends, research possible occupational hazards and collaborate with safety teams and managers
- Manage medical records, creating emergency workplace preparedness plans and evaluating health care delivery systems.
- In-charge in the management of COVID case facilitation of hospital admission, isolation, and quarantine requirements that involved Mace TPM employees. She has a complete list of accredited COVID referral hospitals with address and contact numbers including LGUs where the project site is located.
- Submits monthly COVID case report to DOLE and DOH
- Supports the Admin team with procurement, appropriate storage and roll out of vaccines and booster shots.
- Responsible for preparing mandatory Annual Medical reports as authorized OH personnel as required by DOLE.
- Responsible for handling the responsibilities of EC claims benefits of Mace TPM employees in case of temporary or permanent disability under work related accident or illness.
- Perform other tasks may be assigned by the Safety Head.
