Job Description

As a Sales Head (Business Unit Head / Account Manager), you will lead, manage and develop the overall performance of the business unit’s current and future product portfolio and deliver sales and profits within agreed budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This position is part of the Management Committee and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer(CEO).
  • Ensure that the assigned business unit is achieving targets, especially new merchants/franchisee onboarding, account management and retention and ample pipelines per sub or micro catering.
  • Push engagement with targeted partners in the pipeline, scooper contacts and do initial presentations.
  • Perform, monitor and complete the phase of the engagement process.
  •  Review merchant and franchisee performance, assess challenges for non- performance and formulate an end to end resolution to the challenges. 
  • Analyze and explore market trends and initial steps to keep the business unit/franchisees/categories competitive. 
  • Perform weekly and monthly business rview with the CEO
  • Initiate plans and programs to elevate the competitive advantage of Agora PH and Agora Express
  • Initiate plan and programs to increase app download and usage.
  • Perform inter- department coordination to ensure seamless merchant and franchisee onboarding and rapport buildings.
  • Monitor project goals: ensure that process is made and the goals are on track to reach the desired outcomes on the set deadline. 
  • Mentor one down to be efficient and help achieve set outcomes.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree holder
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an assistant managerial or managerial position.
  • Graduated from BS Business administration or any related course.
  • Strong experience in People Management, Profit and Loss, Inventory management and reports.
  •  With a FMCG or telecommunications background.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
