Job Description
- Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Assistant/Company Nurse is responsible for the following functional areas:
- Recruitment and Selection,
- Training and Development, and Handling Government Benefits
- Nursing services, Medical Clinic Management, Medical and Dental benefits,
- Health and Wellness, and;
- Other administrative duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in AB/BS Psychology/ BS Nursing or any related course.
- Candidate must be a Professional License as a Psychometrician/ Professional License in Nursing
- With at least 1 year of relevant working experience in Training & Development,Recruitment, Medical Services or other related field
- Must have Basic Occupational Safety and Health Course (BOSHC) for Nurses
- With strong communication and interpersonal skills
