- Familiar with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, computer game boards, video machine, etc.

- Good analytical and planning skills

Job Description:
- Perform on-the-spot troubleshooting on the machines.
- Assist Operations who encounter complex problems and malfunctions while working on the floor
- Maintain all aspects of superior services for all the machines
- Prepare accurate report and record of all tasks performed and parts used for repair, alterations and modifications
- Identify, shut down and remove all unavailable machines in the area; move and relocate machines when required
- Maintain the store and working area in a neat and tidy condition
