- At least 18 years old and above
- Candidate must have at least a year of BPO experience
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Must be able to work on-site and on a night shift
- Must have a strong customer service orientation.
- Tech-savvy and can quickly adapt to new learnings
