Job Description
- Must be a graduate of Engineering course preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Electronics, and Communication Engineering
- A licensed Engineer is an advantage
- Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485) and quality process control is an advantage.
- Can lead the quality engineers in a strong way & drive the quality culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in Chemistry Techniques, Lab Environment, Clinical Lab Testing, Sterilization, Equipment Calibration, Biohazard safety (for Medical – QA – BIO Group)
- Knowledge in calibration, QC tools & statistical process control
- At least one (1) year of related work experience in a manufacturing firm is an advantage
- Knowledgeable of continuance improvement systems / KAIZEN
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a high sense of responsibility
- Has good analytical, technical skills and critical thinking skills
- Willing to work longer hours and work on non-working days
