JOB OBJECTIVE
To assist in the resolution of bugs/errors identified in the platform. To work directly with Product and QA departments in the testing of new features and builds.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist in replicating and/or finding bugs or errors throughout the product.
- Testing of new product features and builds.
- Create QA automation using a software testing tool (no code required).
- Document system bugs and glitches.
- Support the Product Manager and communicate directly with the Product Team.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any IT related course.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in software testing.
- Excellent writing skills and intermediate speaking skills in English.
- Tech savvy, ability to learn new applications and work with multiple tech platforms for communication and necessary job functions.
- Willing to work night shifts.
