JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic testing
- Conduct preventive maintenance of all equipment that is already out of warranty and dusting off of all equipment covered by warranty
- Replacement and repair of defective components of PDAEs which are already out of warranty
- Deployment of IT resources (PC, printers, scanners, and other PDAEs)
- Software installations and patch/version updates
- Virus removal
- other IT related task
Qualifications
- Graduate of any IT related course (Bachelors or Vocational)
- with at least 1 year of work-related experience
- with basic knowledge in hardware and software troubleshooting
- with basic knowledge in LAN/WAN
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Tagbilaran, Bohol
