About the Role:
We are hiring Customer Service Representative Virtual Assistants to provide administrative/client services support to Australian clients and their businesses. All activities other than direct client sales should be handled by this role. This will involve general administrative duties such as handling telephone inquiries, managing databases, managing files to ensure compliance.

Ideal Candidate:
- MUST have at least 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in any BPO Industry
- Must have completed at least 2 years in any undergrad degree
- MUST have excellent written and verbal English
- MUST have at least Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (skills in other software or CRMs will be in advantage)
- Tech-savvy with good customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent Time management skills
- Good Decision-making skills
- Flexibility and can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and is a team player
