About the Role:
We are hiring Market Researchers / Research Analysts to provide administrative/client services to support Australian clients and their business, particularly in (online) MARKET RESEARCH. All relevant activities other than direct client sales should be handled by this role. This will involve general administrative duties such as:
- desk research
- surveying
- market research
- reports writing and
- providing the client with insights

Ideal Candidate:
- MUST have at least 2 years of experience in any of the following roles:
Market Researcher
Research Analyst
Reports Analyst
Marketing Analyst; or any similar role.
- Must have completed at least 2 years in any Bachelor’s degree.
- MUST have excellent written and verbal English
- MUST have at least Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (skills in other software or CRMs will be an advantage)
- Tech-savvy with excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent Time management skills
- Good Decision-making skills
- Flexibility and can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and is a team player
Tasks and responsibilities:
- meet and liaise with clients to negotiate and agree on research projects
- prepare briefs and commission research
- formulate plans or proposals to present
- write and manage the whole (online) market research process
- undertake the qualitative or quantitative research process
- use statistical software to manage and organise information
- monitor the progress of the research
- analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions
- write detailed reports, analyse data, and present results
- advise clients or senior management on how to best use research findings
- manage research budget if necessary
