About the Role:
The workforce manager (WFM) will oversee productivity by assessing, analyzing, and reporting employee productivity at the individual, departmental and institutional levels. The WFM determine the best way to utilize employees’ productivity skills using techniques and theories of workforce management. The WFM tracks laborer time using daily, weekly, and monthly measurements and use workforce optimization to improve efficiency and forecast staffing needs taking contact volume and headcount requirements into account.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Cebu residents only
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be Cebu-based
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate, any relevant course
- Work in a Virtual Assistant industry is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the role or a similar role (Manager level)
- Completed leadership courses such as Lean Six Sigma, Capability Maturity Model is a plus
- Integration, Statistical Process Control, Engineering Process Control (EPC)
- Has proven track record of WorkForce Management
- Has taken part of business decision-making discussion/s on Workforce Management and WorkForce Allocation
Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies within the workforce and come up with action plans to address them
- Engage and transform workforce to always be top-shape
- Communicate with relevant departments to ensure completion of tasks
- Workforce Management: Staff Attendance Monitoring and Audit, VAP Hotline Management, Shift Schedule Update in Ashima (system), Monitor company Attendance Bonus Qualifier, Login Management (Employee Password, equipment and tool access)
- Office Management: Track and monitor office supplies, Maintenance of Equipment Scheduling, Seat Allocation/Arrangement/Movement
- Reports And Database Management: Productivity Report on company workforce, ensures that employee records and other pertinent information are updated, accurate and secure
- Field Management/Transportation Coordination: Van deployment
- Gather, collate and report to the team of any scheduled activities that may hinder staff from working. (i.e., internet outage, power outage advisory from Electricity/Power companies, weather-related events) and create a report based on the findings
- Compliance to VAP Systems/Guidelines
- Time Doctor Screenshot Monitoring (Time Doctor Tool) and sending relevant reports to HR
