We VALUE VA are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer and Appointment setters responsible for identifying potential clients and generate sales either by cold calling and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.

Job Description

– Responsible for reaching out to existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

– Cold call people using a given leads to sell products.

– Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

– Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments

– Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

– Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements

Requirements

– MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/Cold Calling/Telemarketing.

– Must possess intermediate English and Spanish speaking and writing skills

– BPO voice account experience is a plus

– Ability to handle different types of personalities

– Can work on graveyard shift

– DELE/SIELE certification or other recognized certifications is an advantage but not required
