We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to make outbound calls, send emails, contact prospects, book appointments via cold calling, and generate leads. You can work from anywhere as long as you follow our standards as a remote, work-from-home role. It’s a tough job and requires a lot of outbound cold calling. You’ll call small businesses from a variety of sectors to offer services during the position. You must be self-motivated and professional, as well as have a strong desire to keep pestering possible customers until you find one. This is a job based on performance. There’s a lot of money to be made in this line of work. This position offers you the opportunity to earn either a base salary or commissions and bonuses. You can be promoted from an inside role that pays more and is more interesting if you can consistently convert numerous leads into accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls
- Coordinate meetings with leads
- Prospect possible clients and customers
- Organize a contact list
- Create customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
- Handle managers’ calendars
- Perform market research
- Write presentations, as required
- Deal with employees administrative queries
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
- Encode leads and information into the system
- Render assistance in closing with the lead
- Promptly respond to email and queries
Requirements
- Background as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Proficiency with word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Experience with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Great phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Superb organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
- Capable of presenting to possible customers
