Marketing Assistant for a Property Investment Acquisition Company in AUS (Home Based Full Time)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Take meeting notes

· Update Slack with project updates based on team meeting outcomes

· Schedule Posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok

· Update video platforms like YouTube and Winstia

· Update CANVA templates and do light graphic design

· Chage copy/text on Social media platforms

· Update Website backend

​· Update CRM with text/coy/images as needed

​· Update Email Marketing backend with copy/images as needed

​· Post podcast episodes on Facebook in community groups

​· Update images in presentations

​· Update presentation template designs

​· Format presentations to be consistent and on-brand guidelines

​· Add data into email marketing database

​· Copy and paste content from excel spreadsheet into content marketing calendar

​· Organize and manage company records and assets

​· Update marketing metrics and excel spreadsheet on marketing dashboard

​· Edit marketing materials as directed by manager

​· Change links in Ads, Emails and online content as needed

​· Help manage and update databases

​· Prompt questions on timelines and offer support on how to help push initiatives forward for the team

Must Haves:

​· At least 2 years hands on experience in Virtual Marketing Assistant, Social Media, Digital Advertsing and Content Marketing

​· High attention to detail for content; reviewing graphics and copy 

​· Note-taking skills during meetings and recap next steps in Slack 

​· Experience in Canva, G-Suite for docs and presentations, and other project management platforms like ClickUp 

​· Conversational level of English (must be able to write without typos)

​· A general aptitude for software and technology

​· Critical thinking abilities to question reporting outcomes 

​· Very high level of autonomy and ability to prioritize

​· Effective communication in Slack, and via comments in G-Suite platforms with comments and respond in a timely manner 

​· Able to use digital tools and platforms to help manage the team, like Slack, ClickUp, Pardot, G-Drive 

​· High attention to detail on naming and saving files in Folder sequences and correct naming conventions 

​· High level of accountability and ability to learn from mistakes 

Open to feedback for personal growth and development

Nice To Haves:

​· An interest in design and/or photography 

​· Ability to write with high attention to detail in spelling and grammar

​· Experience in editing graphics and videos on CANVA 

​· An interest in social media content like TikTok, YouTube etc

Home Office Requirements:
