Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least one (1) year experience in inventory/ planning functions or two (2) years’ experience gained from supply chain, engineering and manufacturing related business, plant operations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Excel and data visualization tools
- Work location: SM Cyberwest (across SM North Edsa)
- Work setup: hybrid (2x/week onsite)
- Work schedule: Night shift
Job Summary: This role is key in providing analytical and data support to stakeholders of the Product Engineering and Engineering Change teams through collaboration, coordination of changes in parts usage to the different plant and operations stakeholders. You will also have opportunity to collaborate with the critical business functions like Suppliers, Production Planners, and Production Plant personnel, where you will use your program and project coordination skills as well as analysis to ensure that the Engineering Change Teams’ imperatives are communicated properly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and track the required documentation of assigned product groups
- Process documents like Refrigeration Engineering Notices and Operations Bulletins and send out to relevant personnel and teams
- Monitor and track approvals to ensure all processes are complete.
- Provide Project and Program Management Support
- Conduct Inventory Analysis using data from different plants
- Ensure project timeline are followed in terms of ECN processing and change management by reporting any approval challenges
- Provide ad hoc inventory/sales/returns/cost information reports to stakeholders when needed
- Contribute to team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives
- Perform any other duties as deemed appropriate by line manager
