Sales Representative / Sales Engineer (FRP Materials)

Have experience in Sales for FRP & Chemical businesses (Fiber glass, CSM, WR, UP Resin, Epoxy resin, Vinyl Ester, Silicone rubber and other)
Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering or related
-We are Taiwanese trading house who engage which global suppliers. We have 2 businesses units. 1st is Plastic resins like PE, PP, PET, PMMA, ABS, HIPS, GPPS, PBT, PC, PC/ABS, PA6, PA66, PBT, PESU, PPSU and PEI. 2nd is FRP and Chemical products like Fiber glass, CSM, WR, UP Resin, Epoxy resin, Vinyl Ester, Silicone rubber, Film and other)
-Having overall responsibility for the market development of existing and/or new products in both new and existing markets in the established territory.
-Develop new customer for existing products and new develop products based on long term strategic.
-Market survey of related industries, monitor trends and identifies new business opportunities.
-Monitor/acquire market information, regularly exchange and update market information to enhance sales volume and strategy.
-Technical support for customer inquiries included problem solving supervision
-Expand business opportunities by opening new potential customers/branches in responded products to achieve department’s strategy and budget plan.
-Schedule and execute daily customer visits to promote, design-in and sell our products to the market.
-Achieving the individual targets in terms of Sales and Profitability as well as to ensure
-Meeting the expectations and needs of the company
-Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering or related fields.
-At least 3-5 years experiences in similar industries, chemical and silicone background will be advantage.
-Man or Woman who can work hard are Okay!
– 30-35 is preferred
-Possess driving license
-Must have own car. Company will pay Car allowance & Maintenance + Gasoline bills + Toll
-Self-motivated and Proven track of success in his/her professional career
-Strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, and when submitting reports.
-Strong planning and organizing skills, dynamic, highly motivated with good problem solving and team player
-Hard working, high confidence and motivated
-Good healthy and can work in upcountry.
-Excellent negotiation, coordination skills, pleasant personality and highly service-minded.
-Good interpersonal skills to interact well with people from diverse cultures and levels
-Ability to work and solve the problem independently and systematically, highly responsible and positive to meet targets of quality and timeliness.Can do attitude and calm under pressure.
-Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
-Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
