Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Project Management, Negotiation and System competence is advantage
- Willing to be assigned in One Ecom, Moa, Pasay City
The FBT Manager acts as the project manager of finance transformation projects and finance project representative for other department initiated projects. He/She will ensure that the project runs smoothly and finishes on time. He/She will be Watsons representative and lead, working with third party consultants for related projects.
Role focuses on
- On time and seamless execution and implementation of finance projects.
- Process review, improvement and automation
- Work closely with finance team in identifying opportunities for improvement
- Map with the requirements of finance processes matching with available solutions
