Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines
- Manage training class and interdepartmental communication and coordination
- Understand the process training for one or more verticals
- Manage databases – batch list, scores of agents, etc.
- Assess performance of trainees and check tests
- Interact with clients
- Document training modules, etc.
- Mentor trainees effectively
- Keep oneself and ensures one’s team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
- Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secured
Awesome to Have:
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Hands on experience in training, preferred
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic and operational knowledge on internet
- Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking issues and troubleshooting mechanisms
- Excellent knowledge of timeline
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course or program
- With at least 3 years of total work experience; 2 years of which as Process Trainer in a similar industry
- Flexible to work on site and can start ASAP
