Job description
Mandatory Criteria:
- Speak fluent English with minimal accent
- Degree qualified (Admin, Marketing)
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experienced in HOOTSUITE, MAILCHIMP, SURVEY MONKEY
- Touch typing skills with accuracy
Desired Criteria:
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Publisher, Access)
- Understanding of document control and records management processes
- Understand and use the Word Press website package
- Understand and use Mail Chimp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., for marketing activities
Key tasks to begin with are:
- Undertake executive / personal assistant activities and assist Managing Director and Senior Consultants (as required)
- Data mining
- Create contact databases and manage CRM
- Develop Blog posts
- Develop Facebook posts
- Develop LinkedIn posts
- Research, create and publish Monthly Newsletters
- Develop and send weekly Mail Chimp emails (to various industry groups) and monitor performance
- Research, create, and publish Safety Alert posts (timings TBD)
- Scribe activities developing reports from audio/video recordings
- Scribe activities develop reports and write letters from audio recordings
- Undertake ongoing website/landing page improvements (under direction)
- Document formatting (development, transitioning, finalization, etc)
- Monitor incoming email – manage or direct inquiries and take bookings
- Create outgoing email – respond to requests and undertake tasks
- Pay bills online using specific credit card/s
- Manage Calendars and book and confirm appointments
- Make and confirm accommodation, flight and hire car bookings (as required)
- Arrange quotations for contractors and catering (as required)
- Answer incoming telephone calls – manage or direct inquiries and take bookings
- Make outgoing telephone calls – undertake tasks and book appointments
- Make outgoing telephone calls – undertake marketing activities
