Skills, Education, and Qualifications
- Candidate must graduate from any 4-year course
- Minimum 2 years experience in Purchasing
- Knowledge in handling imported suppliers and import/export functions
- Expertise in supplier sourcing and product qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Preferably experienced in SAP system
Functions and Responsibilities
- Receive and assess Purchase Requisitions
- Source suppliers and evaluate quotations
- Issue Purchase Orders and monitor deliveries
- Communicate any delivery issues with user sections
