Job Description: Compensation and Benefits Specialist
TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Compensation and Benefits Specialist for a position in Pasig. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of timekeeping payroll compensation statutory benefits thirdparty management and records management processes.
Essential Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Preferred Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- Diploma or certificate required in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll compensation and benefits.
- Indepth knowledge of Philippine payroll compensation and benefits regulations.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist you will play a vital role in overseeing timekeeping payroll administration compensation statutory benefits thirdparty management and records management processes. Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while continuously assessing and improving the companys compensation and benefits packages to remain competitive in the market. Your effective communication skills will help employees understand their compensation and benefits fostering a transparent and supportive work environment.Essential Functions:
- Oversee endtoend payroll administration ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage timekeeping payroll compensation and benefits processes.
- Administer statutory benefits such as SSS HDMF and PHIC.
- Handle thirdparty vendor resources and manage their billing.
- Prepare and submit payrollrelated reports and respond to reconciliation requests.
- Prepare and process yearend Alphalist.
- Evaluate and compare compensation and benefits packages to market trends.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and revising HR payroll policies and procedures.
- Provide training and assistance in interpreting payroll policies and procedures.
- Proactively communicate with employees to clarify compensation benefits and payrollrelated queries.
- Manage and maintain confidential employee records and documentation.
- Undertake other HR projects/tasks as assigned.
