Duties and Responsibility
– Formulates and develops new products
– Performs maintenance and improvement on existing products
– Conducts laboratory and production trials for testing and validation
– Translate and scales up laboratory prototypes to commercial runs
– Performs sensory and shelf-life evaluation of products
– Conducts trials for new ingredients and new processes
– Establishes the product and process specifications
Qualification and Work Experience
– At least Bachelors / College Degree on Food Technology / Nutrition/Dietetics, Engineering (Chemical), Food Microbiology or Equivalent.
– With at least 3 years work experience on product development or its related field
-preferably with food service background
