I. Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides comprehensive leadership and guidance to Analytical Division personnel.

2. Establishes performance goals aligned with company values and work ethics.

3. Develop and enforce QAQC policies tailored for nickel ore analysis.

4. Checks and oversees quality control measures, including equipment calibration and data validation.

5. Enforces compliance with analytical method standards and regulatory requirements.

6. Conduct method verification/validation exercises for laboratory testing procedures.

7. Conducts inspections and audits across all operational facets of the Analytical Division.

8. Guarantees the calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

9. Analyzes and interprets analytical data with utmost accuracy and reliability.

10. Prepares, updates, and reviews reports on all analyses performed.

11. Review reports authored by subordinate staff members for accuracy and compliance.

12. Identifies and addresses training needs for laboratory personnel.

13. Leads research and development endeavors within the Analytical Division.

14. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

15. Engages with external stakeholders to address compliance requirements and industry

developments.

16. Manages inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to the Analytical Division’s activities.

17. Assures adherence to environmental health and safety standards.

18. Enforces company rules, regulations, and policies on work ethics, safety, health, and

environmental concerns.

19. Executes additional duties as assigned by the QAQC Manager.

20. Adheres to all company standard requirements and regulations.

II. Qualification Requirements

Minimum Educational Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a valid PRC License

Minimum Experience Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Willing to relocate to Brooke’s Point Palawan
