Qualifications:
- College Graduate of Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years work experience in a Food Manufacturing company
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and willing to be trained
Job Description:
- Ensures the implementation of Food Safety Management System (IMS) in the factory.
- Supervise the production floor, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Responsible for teaching, training, and constant guidance of the factory workers in the correct manufacturing procedures.
- Implements quality control measures and ensures adoption of QMS. Implements company rules and regulations with corresponding penalties.
- Conducts necessary inspections to ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety measures are met.
- Conducts team briefings to inform subordinates on shift programs, instructions, developments, and problems encountered.
