  Responsibilities:

  • Manage email communications and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate the calendar efficiently.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing invoicing and maintaining records.

  • Assist with marketing efforts including social media management and content creation.

  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.

  • Organize and maintain digital files and records systematically.

  • Assist with project management and task tracking to ensure timely completion of assignments.

  • Support the clinics administrative operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an executive assistant virtual assistant or in a similar role.

    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

    • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

    • Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.

    • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data for business strategies.

    • Detailoriented and capable of preparing detailed reports and presentations.
