POSITION: HR Assistant Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
Develops manages coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. In conjunction with and under the general direction of HR Head may develop manage and/or administer the organization’s recruitment organization development labor and employee relations.
Responsible for implementing the recruitment and talent management programs by planning coordinating and performing recruitment targeted selection process and talent management strategy to ensure the staffing strategies in the business are aligned to corporate goals. Develops communicates and implements the strategic direction on successor pool young talent pool and global leadership pool.

3. Training Management
4. Organizational Development
Qualifications:
- College degree graduate with major in Psychology Behavioral Science Human Resources Management and other relatedcourses.
- Minimum of 7 years human resources administration.
- Minimum of 5 years compensation and benefit management experience.
- Knowledgeable of principles and procedures for compensation and benefits labor relations and negotiation and personnel information systems.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws tax compliance legal codes court procedures precedents government regulations executive orders agency rules and the democratic political process.
- Preferable with working experience in FMCG.
- Professional certificate in Compensation and Benefits Management is preferred.
