Job Description
Salary Offer : P18,000
(Makati Office)
Work Schedule : 8:30am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
o Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
o Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure informed purchasing
decisions.
o Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
1. Sales and Promotion:
o Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
o Recommend additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase
sales.
o Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.
1. Checkout and Transactions:
o Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
o Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
o Maintain knowledge of payment processing procedures and security measures.
4. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve overall store goals.
o Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills
Qualifications:
College graduate in marketing/business administration/related field.
Sales experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
