Position Overview:
Open Loop Health is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Provider Credentialing and Onboarding
Manager to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting our provider
recruitment efforts by managing all aspects of credentialing and onboarding processes. This is a
conciergestyle role that requires exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and a
commitment to delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our providers.
Responsibilities:
Credentialing Management:
Coordinate the credentialing process for new providers ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Collect and review provider credentialing applications verifying accuracy and
completeness of information.
Liaise with external agencies insurance companies and regulatory bodies to obtain
necessary credentialing documentation.
Monitor the status of credentialing applications track progress and follow up as
needed to expedite the process.
Onboarding Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new providers during the onboarding
process providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with various internal departments including HR IT and operations to
facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new providers.
Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs for new providers ensuring
they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to succeed.
Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of provider credentials licenses
certifications and other relevant documentation.
Develop and maintain a centralized database or tracking system for easy access to
provider information.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies when handling
sensitive provider information.
