Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on the first call whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients.
