- Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef
- Experience in planning menus and ordering ingredients
- Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety and Sanitation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Conflict management abilities
- Has prior experience in managing kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
- Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Culinary or any related course is an advantage.
