Job Description
Account Manager (Sales and Relationship Management for B2B clients)
Key Responsibilities:
Generating leads and reaching out to prospects
Communicating and gathering information on a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines as well as
understanding the core challenge that the client is facing
Creating project proposals and costings for presentation and submission to client
Negotiating and closing engagements with clients
Setting expectations, milestones, and timelines for project deliverables
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or obstacles
Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project
alignment.
Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
Creating or consolidating presentation decks
Assisting in research – gathering and consolidating data from desk research or third party agencies to
be ready for analysis
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Preparing regular project updates and reports
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Reporting and escalating to management as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Project Management, or related field (or
currently pursuing).
Experience in Sales and Relationship Management for B2B clients
Four or more years of project management experience
