Job Description
As a Construction Assistant you ll be the organizational backbone of this thriving business managing crucial administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Your expertise in construction industry terminology will be invaluable as you interact with clients handle documentation and support various aspects of the business. Responsibilities- Manage and organize company records ensuring easy access to critical documents
- Handle administrative tasks related to insurance payments and renewals
- Assist in compiling information for project estimates and bids
- Follow up on quotes and bids with clients and contractors
- Manage communication with clients government agencies and retail accounts
- Organize and maintain executive schedules and correspondence
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and meet crucial deadlines
- Prepare and organize projectrelated documentation
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with administrative requirements for government contracts
Requirements
- Understanding of construction industry terminology and processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in using project management tools (training provided)
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Keen attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
