Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently. Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Experience in the healthcare industry or customer service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
