Horizons is looking for a Costumer Engagement Manager with experience in the Foreign Exchange industry to join one of our international clients an Austrianbased FinTech company focused on Big Data and Pattern Recognition.
Contract & Location
- Permanent contract Fulltime.
- Hybrid opportunity Based in Manila (availability to come to the office once a week)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as the first point of contact for their needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication problemsolving and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our electronic FX liquidity management platform as well as market trends and industry developments.
- Monitor and analyse client usage and performance metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Provide training and support to clients ensuring they have a clear understanding of the platforms features and functionality.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our internal development teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into platform enhancements and updates.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions and activity within our CRM system.
Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role within the electronic FX liquidity management industry.
- Strong communication problemsolving and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
- Knowledge of electronic FX trading platforms and industry trends.
- Experience in the field of eFX trading and basic knowledge about FX.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
