Summary of the Role:
As a Guest Experience Specialist, your primary objective is to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless experiences across all property management platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns via various communication channels.
- Resolve guest issues efficiently and manage booking requests.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to maintain property standards.
- Personalize guest experiences and foster positive relationships.
- Utilize data and Property Management Systems to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Customer Support at Airbnb or similar platforms
- Excellent English communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Location: BGC, Taguig, Philippines
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php26,00.00 per month
