This is a remote position.
- Handle daytoday accounting month end close and quarterly/annual financial statement review
- Handle and resolve customer requests and concerns
- Point of contact for delivery and operations concerns and queries from both client and support team.
- Handle onboarding process for clients and report support teams.
- Identify ways to improve client experience mediate between Business Partners and organization.
- Other tasks as assigned by client or management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accounting SME or similar operations roles working with foreign clients and remote teams.
- At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting.
- Extensive background in finance & accounting is MUST.
- Hands on experience with ERP such as Exact Online QuickBooks Online SAP.
- People management experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
- Experience in working with people from different cultures & backgrounds.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Selfdriven and proactive nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new tools and software.
- Knowledge of customer success processes.
- A positive Can Do attitude.
- Patient and active listener.
- Passion for service.
