Job Summary:
The Training Assistant will support the Training Officer in developing coordinating and delivering training programs for resort staff. This role requires a techsavvy individual with strong administrative skills capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions workshops and other development activities.
- Administrative Support: Manage training records prepare training materials and handle documentation related to training programs.
- TechSavviness: Utilize various digital tools and platforms to create deliver and track training programs. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other related software is preferred.
- Data Management: Maintain and update training databases track attendance and compile reports on training effectiveness.
- Communication: Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery of training sessions and maintain clear communication with trainers and participants.
- Pressure Handling: Work effectively under tight deadlines and handle lastminute changes or challenges during training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or administrative role preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Personal Attributes: Detailoriented proactive and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to relocate to Boracay Island
