This is a remote position.
- Input recipes into WordPress including titles ingredients instructions and other relevant details.
- Ensure correct formatting of text such as headings bullet points and numbered lists.
- Upload and optimize images associated with each recipe such as photos of the finished dish.
- Ensure images are properly sized and aligned within the post.
- Assign recipes to the appropriate categories (e.g. desserts main dishes vegetarian).
- Use tags to improve searchability and organization within the site.
- Update existing recipes as needed (e.g. when ingredient amounts change).
- Ensure all data is backed up regularly and stored securely.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist
- Experience in managing content especially in a food or lifestyle niche is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a similar role especially within a food blog cooking website or similar niche is often preferred.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry formatting and categorization.
- Ability to spot and correct errors in spelling grammar and formatting.
- Fast and accurate typing skills to efficiently input large volumes of data.
- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines closely.
