Your Key Responsibilities
Help customers with their inquiries. Give them information about our financial and banking services.
Address customer concerns with expertise and it’s courteous responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Needed Qualifications
I’ve completed at least two years of college.
At least three months of call center experience.
Proficient in speaking Tagalog.
