We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with a focus on driving team performance and achieving business goals. Responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of call or contact centre operators. They provide leadership, coaching and support to their team, and develop plans to achieve the call or contact centre targets.

Qualifications:
• Excellent English communications and leadership skills
• Must have experience in handling 20-25 sales representative (not necessarily in the BPO industry)
• Must have strong sales background of at least 2-3years in any of these fields
• (Real Estate Sales, BPO Sales, Credit Cards Sales, Insurance Sales)
• Amenable to work onsite
