Department: Construction and Site Management
Location: Full-time, assigned in Silang, Cavite
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Requires strong technical background in engineering or architecture, capable of managing site personnel and coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, providing clear instructions.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources for timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to address potential issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Undergraduates with 3-4 years of experience may apply.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Reporting Structure: Reports to Operations Manager.
Work Hours and Location: Monday to Saturday, flexibility based on project demands.
Performance Evaluation: Based on project completion, timelines, budgets, and site management efficiency.
