(Bound for Macao)
-Responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient luggage handling for hotel guests. Establish a sincere warm impression to guests when they arrive and depart
-Conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with MGM –Standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction
-Ensure to have first-hand knowledge on what’s happening in town, and provide accurate and update information to any inquiry from guest or visitor in order to anticipate their needs
-Provide prompt, courteous and efficient assistance when handling guest request under any circumstance

Qualifications:
– Male candidates only
– Well groomed & presentable
– Above 180cm tall, with weight between 70 – 80kg, and below 30 years old
– 1 year or above customer service experience, previous experience as Service Ambassador or Model would be an advantage
– Good customer service sense & communications skills
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred Willing to work rotating shifts
– Fluent in English, proficient in Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) would be a plus
