About the job Strategic Business Unit Officer – Retail Banking
Role and responsibilities:
- Overall conceptualization and execution of initiatives, roadmaps, plans and strategies for Retail Banking Group to achieve deposit growth and profitability, outperforming mid-tier banks.
- Support RBG strategies for deposit levels and costs compared to competitor banks.
- Recommend initiatives for deposit, digital, process, people & cross-sell strategies.
- Endorse project prioritization considering cost, manpower, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensure sustainability of branch sales routines and overall roadmap.
- Create long- and short-term plans, set milestones, and communicate with executives.
- Analyze market data.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business course.
- 5 years of banking industry experience, preferably in retail banking, marketing, or project management.
- Good exposure to data analytics.
