Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent in Clark Pampanga. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Computer literacy is key for managing customer support tasks effectively.
Qualifications
At least 3 months Call center experience
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills for effective communication
Computer Literacy for handling customer inquiries
Customer Satisfaction knowledge and experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
Salary: 25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
